About Christopher Padgett, MA

Professor Christopher M.  Padgett has a BA in English from the University of Southern Florida, an MA in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, and is currently completing work for a Licentiate and STD at the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton, Ohio.

In addition to being an accomplished teacher, Professor Padgett is a lay evangelist, author, and musician traveling the world giving missions and concerts. He is a frequent guest on EWTN and has been heard on prominent Catholic radio stations and highlighted in several Catholic magazines. His most recent books are Why the Eucharist Matters For Your Life, published by The Word Among Us, and I’m Not Ok, You’re Not Ok, but it’s Ok, published by Dynamic Catholic. He has a book slated for release in 2015 by Franciscan Media, Holy Marriage, Happy Marriage: Faith-Filled Ways to a Better Relationship.

Married 24 years, Professor Padgett and his wife, Linda, have nine children and live in Steubenville, Ohio, where Professor Padgett is an adjunct professor in theology at Franciscan University.   We are delighted to welcome Professor Padgett to our undergraduate faculty and hope that each student will benefit from his vast experience in handing on the Faith in so many different mediums.
